The challenge wasn’t simply adding more cold storage—it was fitting a Walk-In Cooler into an existing basement with structural constraints. Support beams, limited access, and precise door swing clearances meant every measurement had to be carefully planned before installation. Leer engineered an 8′ x 8′ x 7′ floorless walk-in cooler that maximized the available footprint while working seamlessly within the building’s existing structure. Constructed with High Density Rail panels featuring 4.25-inch polyurethane insulation and durable 26-gauge acrylic-coated, stucco-embossed galvanized steel inside and out, the cooler delivers the long-term performance and efficiency required for a busy commercial venue.
