After evaluating several options, the team found the perfect fit in the LEER S85. Offering the storage capacity they needed in a compact footprint, the unit provided room for more than 15 additional cases of ice cream mix, along with milk and other high-turn inventory. By increasing on-site storage, Country Creamery could order more efficiently, reduce the frequency of vendor deliveries, and keep up with growing customer demand—all without expanding their building or taking up valuable outdoor space.

“As we entered our fifth season at the Country Creamery, we knew additional cold storage was necessary. We had experienced significant growth each year, and it became more difficult to order from vendors multiple times a week while still meeting minimums. We explored all of our options, but tow-behind and stationary walk-in coolers were more than we needed and more money than we wanted to spend. We also had limited outdoor space and no room inside to add cold storage. When we stumbled across the S85, we knew it would be perfect. It holds an extra 15+ cases of ice cream mix in addition to milk and other items we use frequently. We were already familiar with LEER products because many stores in our town use their freezers for ice sales, so we knew the brand and durability were excellent. We expected continued growth this season, but business exceeded our expectations, and we would have been in big trouble without the added storage.
